Richard has concentrated on the representation and counseling of individuals and businesses, particularly in business agreements, buying, selling, contract negotiations for both business, commercial, and residential real estate, as well as Shareholders, LLC Operating and Partnership agreements. His work includes financing for businesses. He has represented purchasers and lenders in SBA and conventional financing for business transactions and business properties. In addition, he represents financial institutions and firms in commercial construction transactions.
Richard is an active member of the Richmond County Bar Association, has served as Grievance Committee Chairman and Member, as well as a Commercial and Construction Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He has been recognized in Who’s Who in American Law and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He was recently designated as both General Counsel and elected to the Board of Directors of the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation (SIEDC).
A 1959 graduate of Harpur College SUNY Binghamton, he received his J.D. from Rutgers University in 1963 and an M.L. from Brooklyn Law School in 1966. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the District of Columbia and the United States Supreme Court.
Richard also is active in preparation of Wills, Administration of Estates and related Family Planning and real estate transactions.

Beata Gadek, specializes in immigration and is multilingual in Polish and Russian, as well as English. She is admitted to practice law in both Poland, New York, as well as throughout the United States in Immigration matters. Mariam Zakhary is admitted to practice law in New York and specializes in commercial and both business and general civil litigation, and is fluent in Arabic.
